Am I tied into a contract?
No. It is a rolling monthly arrangement and you can stop at any time with thirty days notice. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in it.
What is the £99 for?
The design and build itself. It is a one off, it covers the work that happens before the site goes live, and it can be spread across your first twelve months if that suits your cash flow better.
I already have a Wix or Squarespace site. Can you improve it?
Usually we rebuild rather than patch. Those platforms tend to be slow and awkward to rank, and a rebuild often costs less per month than what you are already paying. Send us the address and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain name, your content and your images, always. The site itself is built and maintained by us as part of the monthly plan, and if you leave we will hand over your content and help you move.
What if I have no photos and no idea what to write?
Very common, and not a problem. We use high quality stock photography where needed and write the copy from a phone call with you. You approve it before anything goes live.
No sales sequence, no discovery workshop, no invoice for a proposal. Just a short reply with what we would build, what it costs and when it would be live.
